Is it possible to transfer within Kualalampur LCCT from one flight to another without completing immigration? I will be reaching Kualalampur LCCT from Singapore on 12 Jan 2010 at 1130 hrs by Air Asia.I have a flight to Dhaka on the same day 12 Jan at 1645 hrs again on Air Asia from Kualalampur LCCT. Will I need a Visas of Malaysia for this? Will I have to complete immigration and again check in for my next flight? Thanks for the help in advance.

Datukgong Bean Laden replied: "if you are using budget air line, you have to go through the immigration then check in at the airline counter again for the next flight, there is no such thing as connecting flight, every trip is considered a single trip. If you are from ASEAN countries you will be given visa upon arrival or else you need to apply a visa"

Kuala Lumpur: KLIA, LCCT, Sentral. Concorde hotel, transfers? Mother with child in KL: I am confused: how to get from KLIA airport to LCCT without going to Sentral? How much time does it take? How much time from Hotel Concorde to LCCT? Worthwhile to go to the hotel or better stay at LCCT? We arrive at 22.30 and have the next flight at 8.15. (wiuth baggage claim etc we'll be midnight at the hotel and have to leave at ...?? When? 7 is ok? Too late? Another flight and another doubt: We arrive at 15.10 from Medan and have a flight at 16h20 to Miri (Airasia) Is that time enough for catching the flight or should we better delay the flight to Miri (at night is another flight) Thanks to everybody that helps.

chesney c replied: "(a) Since you'll be arriving at KLIA at 22.30, you have no choice but to take a taxi from KLIA to LCCT. The distance is about 20km but the traffic is minimal so it will probably take about 15-20 minutes to reach LCCT (b) By taxi , from KLIA to Concorde Inn takes about 3-5 minutes, from Concorde Inn to LCCT about 15 minutes (c) I would say it is not worth to stay at the Concorde when you'll check in at past midnight and then check out early. You probably be in the hotel room for 5 hours. You'll need to leave the hotel latest by 6.00am. Leaving at 7.00am to catch a 8.15am flight too late. Since you have a child with you, perhaps staying overnight at LCCT may not be that convenient to you, so you have to decide yourself. ( Additional information : LCCT would be almost deserted by midnight , midnight departure / arrivals are rather unusual at LCCT. For your Miri flight, i would suggest you change to the later flight. You'll probably won't make it. Once you are "no-show" for the flight, your AirAsia ticket will become useless and you'll need to purchase a new ticket."

KLIA-LCCT airport taxi to Sheraton subang....How much would it cost? Im wondering how much will the transfer of airport taxi from LCCT airport to Sheraton Subang in Malaysia...can anyone give me an estimate?
