Front Windscreen washer on jeep cherokee stopped working how to fix? My jeep cherokee was stolen and after i got it back the windscreen washer stop working.

BritV8 Maddog replied: "Trace the location of the motor on the bottle, ignition on get someone to press the switch, is it working? if no remove wires and check for a feed from switch with tester if it has a feed the motor is probably no good. if it works there could be a blockage or a pipe trapped or blocked. if you dont get a feed from the switch check fuses and switch"

Jeep Cherokee 1995 windscreen washer not working? Wipers wroking and I can hear the washer pump but no water is flowing. How do i get at the pump? do I have to take off the wing? yup Ive tried that and can get to the ends of the tubes but there's no water flow. I suspect its a wing off job to get to the washer bottle Thanks I can get air to go back through the system (and blow bubbles back in the reservoir) but its still only a trickle Do i have to remove the engine management unit to get at the reservoir? Thanks

want2wild replied: "The pump is in the washer bottle. If you can hear it running, you may have a broken or plugged up line. Can be ice or dirt. Sometimes the pump goes bad and you will still hear it run, Best way I know to find out is to pull the lines off one at a time and check if it is getting fluid pumped thru it. You may need to remove the top cover in front of the windshield to get access to the nozzles. This is not a hard job to do. Hope this helps."

mister ss replied: "take the washer hose off at the washer bottle and if you have access to a air compressor hook up a blower nozzle onto the air hose and blow air through the washer line to clear the line out and you will be back in business."

Jeep cherokee - steam coming from the windscreen demisters? I got in my motor this morning and after driving for a few minutes i noticed condensation building along the bottom of my windscreen. I put the heaters on to demist my windscreen and it got worse to the point of steam blowing out the demister vents. It is more on the drivers side than and after a minute or two of having the heaters/demister on there was water soaking the inside of my windscreen and every other window misted up. Please help!

Mr. KnowItAll replied: "Oops...blown heater core."

mustanger replied: "Sounds like your heater core has sprung a leak and needs replacing."

the_beast replied: "This is definitely the heater core. This is a Radiator like device that is connected to the engines cooling system. The hot coolant passes through the heater core, warming air that is forced passed. With a leak normally caused by electrolysis, steam from the engine coolant is blown in through the ventilation system. As there located in awkward places normally under the dashboard, they can be quite labour extensive and costly to replace."
